When I discovered
Luticia Clementine's on the Historic Independence Square, I marveled over how proprietor Sharleen Reeder was able to take cast-off objects and turn them into precious treasures. A silver fork into a recipe easel? A sugar bowl missing its lid into a pin cushion? Or even a lid missing its base into a wall hanging? And that's not to mention the gorgeous furniture on display that she has given a new lease on life.
What is now a chic little chair in red and white toile was once an icky orange garage-sale chair with what Reeder described as peanut butter colored wooden trim! Come to see some of the other inspiring items on display at Luticia Clementine's, Friday, June 19, and pick up a copy of my book, The Find, in which Sharleen's handiwork is prominently featured.
See you tomorrow!
