Announcement - Limited Big Message Sending on Lotus Notes

เรียน ผู้ใช้งานระบบอีเมล์ทุกท่าน

MyCompany ได้ตรวจพบและได้รับการร้องเรียนถึงการส่งอีเมล์ขนาดใหญ่ไปถึงผู้ใช้งานกลุ่มใหญ่ (โดยมากมักจะส่งไปทั้งบริษัท) อยู่เนืองๆ ซึ่งการส่งอีเมล์ลักษณะดังกล่าวมักจะมีผลกระทบทำให้ผู้ใช้งานจำนวนมากไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ เนื่องจากอีเมล์ขนาดใหญ่ทำให้พื้นที่โควต้าของผู้ใช้งานเต็ม และยังลดความเร็วของการใช้งานระบบในภาพรวมของบริษัทด้วย

เพื่อลดผลกระทบจากการส่งอีเมล์ขนาดใหญ่ดังกล่าว ทาง myCompany จะจำกัดการส่งอีเมล์ขนาดใหญ่ที่มีขนาดสูงกว่า 2 MB ให้ส่งได้โดยจำกัดจำนวนผู้รับ (โดยเบื้องต้นกำหนดให้ส่งได้ไม่เกิน 50 ผู้รับ และ MyCompany อาจจะปรับเปลี่ยนให้เหมาะสมในภายหลัง) ซึ่งจะมีผลตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ที่ 22/6/2009, 20:00 น. เป็นต้นไป

ในกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นต้องส่งอีเมล์ขนาดใหญ่เช่นดังที่กล่าว ผู้ใช้ยังสามารถใช้วิธีการลิงค์เอกสาร "DocLink" ซึ่งสามารถร้องขอคำปรึกษาได้ที่ MyCompany Call Center

Dear all,

The sending of Big message size to a big volume of recipient mostly whole company always happen. It impacted to a recipient volume unable to use their email with the message made their mailbox full and also speed down the system performance of companywide.

To reduce the impact of big message sending, the message exceed 2 MB sending will be allowed to send to only a less number of recipients (50 recvipients is initialized,MyCompnay may adjust for a suit later), the control will be starting from the coming Monday 22/6/2009, 20:00 hrs. onward.

In case you really need to send the big message, a "DocLink" way should be apply, you may call our "MyCompany Call Center" for an advise.
