ข้อบังคับ/แนะนำการใช้อีเมล์ : Regulation/Advise of Email using

เรียน         ผู้ใช้งานทุกท่าน

        ทางฝ่ายปฏิบัติการระบบ ได้รับรายงานถึงการส่งอีเมล์ที่ไม่เหมาะสมไปถึงผู้ใช้งานจำนวนมากอยู่เป็นประจำทุกวัน จึงใคร่ขอเรียนเน้นให้ทราบถึงระเบียบการใช้งานอีเมล์โดยย่อของบริษัท (ตามที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายและระเบียบปฏิบัติด้านความปลอดภัยระบบสารสนเทศ ฉบับที่ 5) ดังนี้

1. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อีเมล์เพื่อเชื้อเชิญการลงทุน เพื่อหวังผลทางการเมือง สังคม และศาสนา
2. ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ อันทำให้ผู้อื่นเสียชื่อเสียง ตื่นตระหนก ถูกดูหมิ่น ถูกเกลียดชัง อับอาย หรือเสียหายต่อองค์กร หรือเป็นภัยต่อความมั่นคงของประเทศ
3. ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งข้อมูลลิขสิทธิ์ทางกฎหมาย หรือข้อมูลของบริษัทให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก
4. ไม่อนุญาตให้แทรกแซงการทำงาน หรือก่อความรำคาญต่อผู้อื่น
5. ไม่อนุญาตให้ลับลอบดูข้อมูลผู้อื่น หรือลับลอบเข้าสู่ระบบ
6. ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งอีเมล์โดยระบุชื่อผู้ส่ง และผู้รับที่ไม่ถูกต้อง และต้องระมัดระวังในการใส่ชื่อผู้รับให้ถูกต้อง
7. ไม่ส่งอีเมล์โดยปกปิดหรือปลอมแปลงแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูล
8. ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งข้อความไปยังกลุ่มผู้รับจำนวนมากโดยไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
9. ไม่อนุญาตให้ส่งอีเมล์ที่มีไวรัส โทรจัน และเวิร์ม
10. ข้อความในระบบอีเมล์มักใช้เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสารชั่วคราว เป็นหน้าที่ของผู้ใช้ในการดูแลการจัดเก็บและลบข้อมูลด้วยตนเองให้มีเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับพื้นที่เก็บ        
      ข้อมูลที่ได้รับการจัดสรร

        ดังนั้น การจัดส่งข้อความที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ ได้แก่ อีเมล์เชิญชวน/ชักชวน/แนะนำ/บอกกล่าว ในด้านสังคม การเมือง และวัฒนธรรมซึ่งไม่ใช่กิจกรรมของบริษัทโดยตรงไปยังกลุ่มผู้ใช้จำนวนมาก จึงไม่เหมาะสมและผิดต่อระเบียบของบริษัท และใคร่แนะนำให้หลีกเลี่ยงการส่งอีเมล์ถึงกลุ่มผู้ใช้จำนวนมากโดยไม่จำเป็น เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายร้ายแรงจากการส่งอีเมล์ที่อาจผิดพลาดได้

Everyday, we still got user informs on the non-suitable message sent to a volume of recipient.we would like to inform to the regulation of email using shorthly (as per defined in the IT Security and Procedure No.5) as below.

1. DO NOT use email for invitation of Investment, Politic, Social or Religious
2. DO NOT Send a False/Hoax message to discredit, make panic to others or impact to national security
3. DO NOT send illegal data or company's data to outside
4. DO NOT use email to interfere or agitate others
5. DO NOT gain access system or private data of others
6. DO NOT imitate sender name and/or recipient name on email sending and fill the recipient name carefully for a corrected before send
7. DO NOT hide or imitate the source of messasge/data
8. DO NOT send the message not related business to a big group of recipient
9. DO NOT send infected message of Virus, Trojan, and Worm to others
10. The Email is a temperary use message, the user is responsible to keep and delete the message to be consistent with the mailbox quota    
      getten

Therefore, the sending of message not related to the company's business such as Invitation/Suggestion/Advise/Inform of Social, Politic, and Culture, which is not the company activities to a big user group is violated the company regulation. In addition, the message sending to a group of recipent should be avoid to prevent your suffering may occured from the error sending.
