Trend Watch: Girls' Tutu Skirts

I've noticed more tutus-as-skirts (as opposed to ballet outfits or costumes) in girls' clothing this Fall, both online and in-stores (I saw a particularly cute one at H&M). And why not? Carrie Bradshaw gave tutus street cred, after all. So surely little girls can walk city streets, too, wearing (appropriate) tutus paired with long-sleeve tees, turtlenecks, or cardigans as the weather turns cooler.
