I got an e-mail from Etsy shop Cosmic Bebe about their holiday melamine plates. I like these a lot. The personalized Thanksgiving plate is a sweet surprise at the holiday table, and a good value at $22 (of course, it is also BPA-free...I wouldn't buy a plate now that isn't). You can customize it for girl or boy (along with hair color and skin tone), or choose the cute turkey option instead. If you want to use it every Thanksgiving, just personalize it with a name but leave the year off. There are Christmas and Hanukkah versions, too, so browse around to see what's available. But order soon...delivery takes 3-4 weeks.
