My mom recently hit some outlet stores (Carter's, Osh Kosh, and Children's Place) and came back with lots of Fall basics for the kids (socks, tights, tees, etc.) Which is a good thing, since both kids had growth spurts this summer and even their socks barely fit (can you believe that both my 7-year-old girl and her 4-year-old brother wear a size 1 shoe?) I'm thrilled with everything Grandma bought, but I think that R. will like this purchase the best- a Faux-Layer Houndstooth Dress from The Children's Place's new "Plaid to Rock" collection.
