Emerging Designer: Liv and Lucy

Kim Moorhead is the founder and designer behind Liv & Lucy Designs , an innovative and eclectic line of fashion jewelry. Each piece from the collection is fun and flirty, yet feminine with a bohemian - vintage influence. Check out these pieces using vintage raw brass charms, semi-precious stones and vintage beads. And the prices are so reasonable! Most items between $28 and $34. I really love this leaf necklace. It reminds me of the leaf necklace that Jennifer Aniston wore in "The Breakup". There are plenty of women who walk block upon blocks around NYC in 4" heels. Quit your bitching and strap on the heels.

Does Your Thong Stick Out?

Well guess that solves the last of the world's problems. Oh Wait, there are still other things wrong. Damn, He thought this was the last thing we needed for a perfect world. He isn't going to claim to be a scientist or anything, but He is pretty sure the reason the thongs stick out of girls pants is due to the pants being too small. He also has researched to find out if a woman wears corretly fitting pants the thong will not poke out the top. But then again buying an $18 pair of these underwear might be a better deal then a new properly fitting pair of jeans.

Are Silly Bandz Silly?

What is the big deal with these Silly Bandz. Little kids are wearing them, grown women are wearing them, hell even guys are wearing these things all over. He is still out on the, He certainly has put any of these on, but it almost seems like a surefire way in with a girl. Best of all He doesn't hate it if chicks are wearing these, you want to get back to your young days, fine with He. Is He missing out by not getting custom Fashion by He bandz made? Now that's a brillant idea.

Trend Alert: Mod A-Line Dresses

Blast from the past. New for the fall season and something we haven't seen in the past few seasons are these adorable Mod A Line Dresses. To complete the outfit add a pair of tall boots, tights and a contrasting colored turtle neck. Yes I said turtle neck. Think Twiggy circa 1965. I wonder if the mod haircuts will follow? Anyone else think there is something wrong here? Black/Red plaid skirt is typically not a problem, red leggings are okay too if that's your sort of thing. But when the two reds don't match

A Member of the ArmHe Needs Our Help...

Ok Mister He, I love your blog and everything and I respect your opinion SO.. I have a question. I am almost 17 and I will be a senior this year in high school. I LOVE wearing heels (I would wear them almost everyday, actually I pretty much do) to school but I am from Michigan- the land of the fashion illiterate and people are always commenting on them, sometimes negatively because they don't understand that HEELS ARE FABULOUS. I feel like they think that I am being over the top. I would love it if you would email me back and tell me what you think. Should I tone it down and respect the quite fashion of my school in the middle of the cornfield and save them for when I hopefully attend fashion school in Chicago or NY, or should I rock them anyways. It's just hard to feel confident sometimes when people are so judging and non understanding of fierceness. Ya know. - Taylor

First off, thanks for the email. Second, no member of the ArmHe gets left behind. Third, wear the heels every single day. If guys in your school are too dumb to realize that girls look better in heels then in flats, well then they still have a ways to go before their balls drop. If any girls have a problem with you wearing heels, they are obviously jealous. If they still have a problem tell them to read FbyHe. If problem persists, have them contact He for a lashing.

Bustier for a Boost!

Lingerie as outter wear has become an ever evolving look. Each girl allowed to define the look how she feels most comfortable. Many have starting wearing bustiers as part of their lingerie as outterwear look, He sees no reason for complaints. He has always been a avid supporter of this look. Stripes Go This Way and That Way...

We are starting to see more and more people wearing these striped dresses. Just want to send out a notice to everything that you need to be extremely careful when you put one of these one. The girl above looks good (except for those flats) but horizontal lines usually make people look larger then they might actually be. Don't fall into this trap, and you know who you are. If you do, you might find yourself on FbyHe getting made fun of for wearing something you shouldn't be.

Shoe of the Week...Proenza Schouler

Even though He hates to say it because summer isn't close to being over, we have to start planning for fall. Proenza Schouler just came out with these new bad boys that are gonna be great for fall and even into winter. Available in both the grey and brown, has a classy timberland look to them. 4.5" heel and 1" platform without question enough to keep you floating above the cold wet streets. So you should probably pick up a pair of these instead of wearing ugly work boots around all fall.

What happened to the good old days, when iPods were for music only? This is just getting out of control. And NO they do not count as high heels.

Metallic Kicks Splurge vs. Steal

I am really into the metallic detail in these sneakers. Unlike the use of metallic in past seasons, this fall, metallic will be used in a more subtle understated way. Just a little dash of glamour instead of an all out blinding of bling. Below I have found two different metallic sneakers. Perferct for sprucing up your favorite jeans. Splurge: Varja Wns by Puma $220. Steal: Victory Sneakers by American Eagle Outfitters $29.

Tall Shoes for All Occcasions...

It does not matter if you're meeting a friend for lunch or walking around the streets going to work. 10 out of 10 girls will get more of a reaction from the He's of the world if you wear heels/wedges with some height. This statistic is based upon a research project recently conducted by He. The evidence is clear, "The higher the heel, the hotter the girl." The science proves it. He will not listen to arguments proving otherwise.

Skinny Jeans Not So Skinny

Is anyone else besides me sick of this whole skinny jeans thing. I have tried several different brands and I think they look ridiculous. I consider myself to be pretty fit but these do not accentuate the right places. I admit some people (namely Angelina Jolie who partially started this whole craze) look good in them. But if you have any sort of hips or rump you are SOL. I much prefer flared jeans like these ones by Guess pictured below. They are much more forgiving and the bottom belling out makes hip curves flattering not pearish.

Bathing Suits and Belly Chains...

Originally He was gonna use some picture from the Nickelback video (see above) but then He's good friends over at Planet Blue put out their summer look book which included this awesome body ornament. Body ornaments, necklaces, chains add that special something extra to a bathing suit. It is just one of life's unexplainable things, but He wants the ladies of the ArmHe to know that if you will be attending a pool party, don't just show up with a bathing suit, bring the accessories to. Accessories for summer should include: necklaces, body oranments, bangles, stacked braclets.

For the July 24th release of The Air Max 90 Infrared, Primitive Shoes did a shoot and interview with Model Justene Jaro. He thinks if you buy these shows they instantly make you hot. At least that's what He got from this ad.

Pencil skirts are the quickest way to bring some sex into the office environment. For a skirt that covers a lot of skin, the fact that they are so tight adds appeal nontheless.
