First off, if you aren't planning on wearing at least one peice of Sequin you're already off on the wrong foot. Black is always a great choice, sliming color, and has tons of sex appeal. Don't forget accessories, as the good stuff is always in the details. Feel free to go a little crazy as it is NYE afterall. Lastly, Heels. Not sure if He needs to include this as it should be a given, but for arguements sakes, it's in the list. 
Just because its cold and winter does not mean you should put away the jumpers. Rompers maybe can stay in the closet but a jumper tis the season. He has always been a huge fan of jumpers with a pair of heels. Look at the pictures, they are gold. Worried about being cold? Try a boyfriend blazer paired with the jumper, that way once you get to your location, jacket off, party on. Damn, He is good!
Since girls are all crazy. Yea yea, He is sure you are reading this thinking "I'm not crazy but other girls are." Well FYI you're a girl, you're crazy. No doubt about it. He finally made it home. Nothing like missing a huge snow storm. Walking the streets today sucked. Snow everywhere. He thought this would be a great time to let the world know that girls look good in winter hats. Of course, you have to pick one that fits your head the best. This all goes back to the "ski bunny" look. Which everyone is a fan of. Stay warm but do it in hat style.
Lace is huge right now, as are lace leggings. Cheap Monday managed to combine tight jeans and lace to form a pretty awesome pair of jeans. They show off just a tiny bit of skin, to give a normal pair of jeans a little edge. He is surpised we haven't seen more of these, or similar styles, anyhow, He is giving these the stamp of approval.
This is suppose to the go to outfit for girls. Yes, it is just a simple black dress, but you should still be able to turn every head in the room. He hates when girls do not take advantage of this opportunity. Many girls settle for the simple ugly black dress. Stop. Go Big. He is not telling you to go buy a slutty outfit, but buy something hot and sexy. Obviously, if you have the body for it, a form fitting dress is a great way to go. Try to stay away from sparkles or anything that will take the focus off of you.
What is the big deal with these Silly Bandz. Little kids are wearing them, grown women are wearing them, hell even guys are wearing these things all over. He is still out on the, He certainly has put any of these on, but it almost seems like a surefire way in with a girl. Best of all He doesn't hate it if chicks are wearing these, you want to get back to your young days, fine with He. Is He missing out by not getting custom Fashion by He bandz made? Now that's a brillant idea.

Ok Mister He, I love your blog and everything and I respect your opinion SO.. I have a question. I am almost 17 and I will be a senior this year in high school. I LOVE wearing heels (I would wear them almost everyday, actually I pretty much do) to school but I am from Michigan- the land of the fashion illiterate and people are always commenting on them, sometimes negatively because they don't understand that HEELS ARE FABULOUS. I feel like they think that I am being over the top. I would love it if you would email me back and tell me what you think. Should I tone it down and respect the quite fashion of my school in the middle of the cornfield and save them for when I hopefully attend fashion school in Chicago or NY, or should I rock them anyways. Lingerie as outter wear has become an ever evolving look. Each girl allowed to define the look how she feels most comfortable. Many have starting wearing bustiers as part of their lingerie as outterwear look, He sees no reason for complaints. He has always been a avid supporter of this look. Okay, so maybe it's not #1, but its close. Maxi Dress and wedges/clogs and some bangles. Make sure your underwear is showing as they tend to be pretty clingy. You can do anything with these dresses, go anywhere and best of all look good doing it.

Time for a WeLoveColors Makeover
We are starting to see more and more people wearing these striped dresses. Just want to send out a notice to everything that you need to be extremely careful when you put one of these one. The girl above looks good (except for those flats) but horizontal lines usually make people look larger then they might actually be. Don't fall into this trap, and you know who you are. If you do, you might find yourself on FbyHe getting made fun of for wearing something you shouldn't be.
It does not matter if you're meeting a friend for lunch or walking around the streets going to work. 10 out of 10 girls will get more of a reaction from the He's of the world if you wear heels/wedges with some height. This statistic is based upon a research project recently conducted by He. The evidence is clear, "The higher the heel, the hotter the girl." The science proves it. He will not listen to arguments proving otherwise.
Originally He was gonna use some picture from the Nickelback video (see above) but then He's good friends over at Planet Blue put out their summer look book which included this awesome body ornament. Body ornaments, necklaces, chains add that special something extra to a bathing suit. It is just one of life's unexplainable things, but He wants the ladies of the ArmHe to know that if you will be attending a pool party, don't just show up with a bathing suit, bring the accessories to. Accessories for summer should include: necklaces, body oranments, bangles, stacked braclets.
Pencil skirts are the quickest way to bring some sex into the office environment. For a skirt that covers a lot of skin, the fact that they are so tight adds appeal nontheless. Need a good outfit for the office, bam, here it is. Just be ready for some heads to turn. Also try out some high waisted ones as well, all He approved. (pics asos.com)
